Curator's notes

Professional work addresses the personality dynamics beneath business relationships: in boardrooms, between founding partners, within senior leadership teams and in family-owned enterprises. The personal and the professional have become inseparable, and the cost of leaving them unresolved is measured in years and capital.

The presenting issue may be a fractured partnership, a dysfunctional board, a leader putting the organisation at risk, or a family business where the relationships predate the enterprise. The approach is consistent: direct, structured and focused on a defined outcome. All work is conducted in absolute confidence, and nothing is shared with any third party.

“The most destructive forces in any organisation are not strategic. They are personal. And they are almost never discussed with the candour they require.”
