The program runs for six weeks, with one forty-five minute session each week. It is not open-ended therapy. It is a focused, time-bounded engagement with a defined outcome in view.
After six weeks, a four-week interval is observed. If the work requires it, the engagement may be renewed for a further four weeks, bringing the total to ten. The structure is deliberate: distance and reflection are part of the process.
