The Program

The program is not open-ended. It has a defined shape, a defined duration, and a defined purpose. That structure is not a constraint — it is the condition under which meaningful work becomes possible.

The initial inquiry

A brief written inquiry is submitted. If the practice has capacity and the situation falls within its areas of engagement, a preliminary conversation is arranged. This is not a consultation — it is a mutual assessment. The practice takes only the cases it can genuinely serve.

The structure · The ledger

Six weeks. One session each week.

Each session runs for forty-five minutes, focused and without distraction. There is no small talk, and the time is used entirely.

After the six weeks, a four-week interval is observed. It is part of the design: what has been understood in the room needs time to settle into the life outside it.

If the work requires it, the engagement may be renewed for a further four weeks, for a maximum of ten. The practice does not offer indefinite engagement, because dependency is not the outcome we are working toward.

Fees

Clear. Agreed in advance.

The six-week program fee is payable in full before the first session. There are no staged payments and no refunds for sessions not attended, as the commitment is mutual and the time is reserved exclusively.

Additional sessions within the week are available on request, arranged directly and billed separately. The renewal program, if required, is priced the same as the initial engagement.

What to expect

This is not comfortable work. It is effective work.

I

Clients are expected to engage with full candour. The practitioner will ask questions that other settings avoid. The sessions will address things that are uncomfortable to examine. This is not incidental to the work — it is the work.

II

The sessions are conducted remotely, via secure video connection. The practitioner accommodates global time zones. A session time is agreed at the outset of the program and held consistently throughout — consistency of time and setting is part of the structure.

III

Nothing discussed in the sessions is shared with any third party, under any circumstances. This includes other members of a client’s family, organisation, or professional network. The engagement is with the individual. The confidentiality is absolute.

IV

The measure of the work is not whether the client feels better. It is whether the situation has changed — whether a decision has been made, a dynamic has shifted, or a path forward has been found that was not visible before. That is the standard by which this practice holds itself.

“Six weeks is enough time to change the trajectory of almost anything — if the work is done properly.”
